CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to best serve all customers these Policies are effective March 1, 2020.
WALKS AND DROP-INS
Daily Walks and Drop-ins are now subject to a 24 Hour cancellation period. Cancellations less than 24 hours from the arranged time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
It is understood that occasionally you may be ill or have other personal emergent circumstances and need to cancel the morning of your walk or visit; in these cases, please contact Dennis via text or phone call by 8 am.
Additionally, in cases of inclement weather, cancellation fees may be waved if the local school district for your area delays or cancels classes. Please contact Dennis as soon as practical to coordinate and confirm cancellations due to weather.
OVERNIGHT STAYS, BOARDING AND DAY CARE
Overnight Stays, Boarding and Day Care are now subject to 2 cancellation periods. Cancellations less than 48 hours from the arranged start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days but more than 48 hours from the arranged time will be subject to a $5/day cancellation fee for the duration of the stay (up to 7 days).
In cases of owners early return, refunds may be available for any remaining stay duration, given 24 hours notice.
